We have been performing Construction Estimating for over twenty years and we can provide you with the quantity take offs or complete material and labor cost reports that you need and do it all on an hourly, per job, basis. You don’t need to hire a full time Estimator to work part time for you. • We provide quantity estimates at affordable hourly rates, $85 per hour with a three hour minimum.  Most estimates cost less than $400 and they rarely go over $1,000.  At our average estimate cost we could do an estimate every week for you for just over $20,000 per year.  I’m sure that you will agree that you can’t hire a qualified estimator for that kind of money. 
• We use computer based software, www.planswift.com, for our quantities and we also send your estimate in Microsoft Excel.  You can actually review the take off Plans as well as the Excel Summary right on your computer.  We have set up the Excel spreadsheet so that you can simply plug in your labor and material prices and total your hard cost right on our Estimate.
• We are sometimes invited to bid all trades by general contractors so we can offer these to you.  You don’t always have to be looking for work. 
• We obtain the Plans and load them into our computers.  You don’t have to chase down the Plans.  Or you can load the Plans directly onto your computer and send us the job by e-mail.  You never have to pay for postage or wait for delivery.
• We follow up with the contractors and architects to obtain any addendums.  You are free to pursue your business.
• We offer complete exclusivity; we never provide an estimate to any of your competitors for a job that we are estimating for you.
